I think that every website that is meant to be viewed nationally should be in English. English is the second most spoken language in the world and it is the language that is used for business. If a website or certain online information is meant to be seen internationally then it should be in English because it would make it easier for the people to understand and be able to carry out the information that was given. If there was a website or page that is only meant to be local or national then it could be in the native language of the country to make it easier for the people living there.

Chapter 5: Governments Go Online
The first actual government to publish their own website to be viewed by the public was the United States. Now, countries like France, Russia, England, India and other countries are beginning to establish their own websites. The government website of the United States has accessible links to the other branches and works of the national and local governments. The internet is taking over and now almost everyone knows how to use the internet for whatever they need. I think that people are beginning to rely too much on the internet. People are starting to neglect the traditional ways to do things. For example, when someone needs a book but doesn't want to buy it, they simply had to go to the library and borrow a copy but now, all people have to do is "Google" the book needed and they could instantly be streaming a copy online. Now that the governments are using the internet, it may give people easier access to what is really going on in the countries.

Chapter 6: All Access Internet
There are a number of countries worldwide that do not have Internet access. There are vast resources, information, and services that are found on the Web. These advantages are rare for to the people who live in disadvantaged areas of the world. The Internet is becoming a vital tool of the 21st century and organizations are trying to bring the Internet to countries that do not have it. In December 2005, the National Alliance for Information and Communication Technologies for Basic Human Needs announced that they plan on bringing the Internet to people who live in rural India. This plan would teach the people to use the cyber tools such as banking, financial, and insurance services.

Chapter 7: Changing Money
The world does not have a central common currency just like it does not have a single language. There may be some language that are known worldwide but there is no central language in the world. Regional areas have cultural and geographic differences and it has different ways of doing business and conducting commerce. As a result to the various currencies, people can depend on calculators, banks, websites and other sources to convert one currency into another to make things easier. The values of currency change daily, why don't the people set up a steady state for the different currencies instead of having it constantly change and make life a little more difficult?
